Bi-weekly Yin Yoga with Sound

Release and come home to your body with Sonya Verma.

You can now book all classes through the end of the year—just click below!

In our fast-paced, mind-driven world, we rarely take time to drop into the wisdom of the body. This invites you to slow down, tune in, and honor the subtle magic of your inner landscape.

Yin yoga’s longer-held postures gently target connective tissues like ligaments, tendons, and fascia, creating space for deep release and restoration.

Each session will close with a rich savasana enhanced by sound—a different instrument featured each time.

Come as you are. Let your breath be your guide, your body your teacher, and sound your sanctuary.

Please arrive 10 min before class starts, and bring water and a mat if you have one, but we do have extras.
