  • The Winter Solstice yoga session was beautiful. Abby’s practice was so healing and generous, and the vibe in the room was so peaceful, calming, and hopeful. I left the session ready to embrace the light and find the good in 2025!

  • Hi! I wanted to share a quick and heartfelt thank you to Abby and the Sweetgum Manor team for such a beautifully curated and inspiring evening. Everything felt so thoughtful—from the place settings and delicious food to the flowing champagne, great playlist, and lively conversations. It was a joy to connect with so many smart and talented folks, and I left feeling energized and inspired.

  • Abby facilitated an off-site meeting for my corporate leadership team in a private home, creating a safe and refreshingly different setting. It prompted a level of participation and insight we’d never reached before—and looking back, it was the spark for something big.
