What’s Included?

  • Use of the Manor by the member. “Coworking passes” are for individual member use and vary by tier. 

  • Opportunities to host client or team meetings in the shared living/dining space 

  • Bring guests—such as colleagues or collaborators, to join you during your visit. “Guest passes” allow others to access the Manor alongside a member. 

  • We help manage your reservation logistics and basic setup 

  • High speed Wi-Fi, whiteboards, printer access, outdoor seating, and basic refreshments 

  • All members also receive tier-specific discounts on wellness sessions like sound baths, yoga, and creative workshops. Solo: 20% off, Team: 25% off, Enterprise: 30% off + 1 free session/month. Early access to wellness events is also included.

Solo Executive

Sanctuary Patrons are deeply invested in the space and spirit of Sweetgum. This tier offers the fullest access—from classes and immersive gatherings to co-working, private sessions, guest privileges, and seasonal gifts. Designed for those who want to walk in rhythm with Sweetgum’s creative, healing heartbeat all year long.

    • 2 free classes or workshops per month (up to $50 each; excludes immersives and private sessions)

    • 1 members-only gathering per quarter

FAQs

Membership Structure & Commitment

  • A: We offer three tiers: Kindred Circle, Rooted Member, and Sanctuary Patron (with seasonal pricing for summer). Each provides different levels of access, benefits, and involvement. You can compare all tiers in our membership drop down menus.

  • A: Yes. To honor the rhythm of this space, we ask for a 6-month minimum commitment. This ensures time for integration, relationship building, and presence within the community.

  • A: At intake, you’ll pay a one-time initiation fee + your first month. After your intake is approved, you’ll receive a private Stripe link to activate monthly billing. Monthly payments begin one month after your initial intake.

  • A: If we’re not able to extend a membership invitation at this time, your intake payment will be fully refunded.

  • A: You can cancel after the 6-month minimum. If you choose to cancel after that point, you may do so through your Stripe portal at any time. Initiation fees are non-refundable.

Events, Access & Member Benefits

  • A: Members receive curated private gatherings, access to seasonal rituals, and discounts on public events and workshops.

  • A: Sweetgum Seeds is a curated offering of meditations, recipes, rituals, and reflections—delivered digitally (and in some tiers, physically). Each tier receives a version tailored to their level.

  • A: Yes. Each tier includes a number of guest passes—ranging from one per quarter (Kindred) to multiple pool and grounds passes per month (Sanctuary). See your tier’s benefits for details.

  • A: Sanctuary Patrons receive pool and tennis court access from June through September, along with additional guest privileges and seasonal retreat space.

  • A: Sanctuary Patrons receive priority access to rent the grounds. All requests are reviewed for alignment and availability.

Guest Passes, Changes & More

  • A: At this time, we don’t offer official pauses. If you need to step away temporarily, we recommend canceling after your 6-month commitment and reapplying when ready. We’ll always welcome returning members if space allows.

  • A: Most events are offered at a discount, not included outright—except where noted per tier (e.g., Rooted’s free monthly class, Sanctuary’s retreat access). See your tier breakdown for specifics.

  • A: Guest passes are meant for personal use and are not transferable or rollable unless otherwise noted. We trust you to use them with care and intention.

  • A: At this time, all gatherings and access are for adults only unless otherwise specified. We hope to explore family-friendly offerings in the future.

  • A: You may request a tier change after your initial 6-month commitment. We’ll always aim to accommodate transitions as space allows.

Invite & Application

  • A: Start by visiting our password-protected membership page. Choose your tier, complete payment and intake, and we’ll follow up within 72 hours with next steps.

  • A: Only if invited to do so. This offering is designed for those already in resonance with the space.

  • A: Possibly. Founder Memberships are limited to 30 and come with distinct access and pricing. Future rounds may be different.

  • A: You may request a tier change. If space allows, we’ll make the transition and adjust your monthly billing accordingly—no additional initiation fee required.

Energy, Culture & Presence

  • A: Not quite. Sweetgum is a sanctuary. It’s a place of creative quiet, deep care, and community rooted in rhythm—not routine.

  • A: Artists, healers, facilitators, nature lovers, nonprofit workers, wellness seekers, and generous spirits. People who value beauty, connection, and intentional space.

  • A: Yes. Some members join seasonally or for occasional retreats. Our digital offerings and early event access still provide connection at a distance.
