With degrees in Human Nutrition, Health Services Administration, and Business Informatics, along with advanced certifications in Ayurveda, yoga, mindfulness, and sound therapy, Sonya brings both depth of knowledge and a warm, approachable teaching style. She also facilitates programs through the Osher Center for Integrative Health at UC Health.
