Sunday Evening Yoga

Restore your body and calm your mind with our bi-weekly restorative yoga sessions set in our serene, and beautiful studio. Our gentle, all-level classes are designed to release stress, mind and muscle tension, and help bring balance.

Please arrive 10 min before class starts, and bring water and a mat if you have one, but we do have extras.
