Sonya Verma, MHSA, MBI, is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, 1000-hour E-RYT Yoga Instructor, and Sound Therapist. With over 15 years of dedicated practice, Sonya specializes in somatic movement, embodiment, meditation, and trauma-informed care. Her deep commitment to preserving traditional Ayurveda and Yoga principles, while adapting them to modern contexts, informs her holistic approach to wellness. Sonya is currently pursuing advanced training in yoga therapy, further enriching her expertise in integrative health modalities.
