Andrea discovered Kundalini yoga in 2005 while living in Chicago and quickly fell in love with its transformative power. The following year, she immersed herself in teacher training, experiencing profound healing on physiological, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels—far beyond what she had imagined. Now, with 19 years of practice and teaching, Andrea is passionate about sharing this simple yet powerful practice. Her goal is to create an experience that helps you connect with your soul’s path in an ever-changing world.
