Alecia Petroze’s plant-based journey began in 2019 as an eco-conscious choice that became a lifelong passion. With 20 years of industry experience and a background in education, she’s committed to creating food experiences that nourish mind, body, and spirit.
In 2022, she launched Juniper Seed to expand vegan options in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky. By 2023, she joined Findlay Kitchen, growing her meal prep service into a thriving business. Now, as a Findlay Launch resident, she’s introducing a fresh, fully vegan breakfast and brunch concept at 1809 Elm Street.
