Join us for the first gathering of The Joy of the Table—our new seasonal cooking series from Sweetgum Manor, celebrating food as a source of connection, community, and care.

We will have beloved chef and TV personality Carla Hall join Cincinnati’s own Chef Jennifer Cox to host an immersive dinner party where guests cook, share, and savor together. The menu pays homage to Cincinnati classics—with a twist—including goetta casserole and biscuits baked from scratch.

Through stories, shared rituals, and approachable techniques, Carla and Jennifer remind us that home cooking isn’t just about what’s on the plate—it’s about how we care for ourselves and one another.
