Hosted by nationally recognized hospitality creative Julia Petiprin of HomeMakers Bar, this interactive evening will explore practical strategies for pacing yourself and “staying level” during a night out, alongside expert techniques for transforming your favorite heavy-hitting classics—like Negronis and Margaritas—into beautifully balanced, low-proof session drinks.

Together, guests will mix, sip, and learn the art of drinking smarter through thoughtful cocktail techniques, seasonal ingredients, and a fresh approach to modern drinking culture.

Designed as an intimate midweek gathering at Sweetgum Manor, this experience blends hands-on cocktail instruction with conversation, hospitality, and connection.
