Restore your body and calm your mind with our bi-weekly restorative yoga sessions set in our serene, and beautiful studio. Our founder Abby leads this gentle, all-level class that’s designed to release stress, mind and muscle tension, and help bring balance by offering inspiration and space to just BE while resting in the poses. It’s permission to do no-thing ☺️.

Please arrive 10 min before class starts, and bring water and a mat if you have one, but we do have extras.
