Each dinner features a never-before-seen tasting menu inspired by the land, the moment, and culinary traditions across the African diaspora—blending Southern foodways with Sweetgum’s philosophy of presence and communal care.
Set within Sweetgum Manor’s historic, wooded grounds, the Chef series brings guests together for evenings rooted in storytelling, seasonality, and the ritual of gathering.
