Slow down and sink into deep rest
We’ll begin with gentle, breath-led movement to release tension and arrive more fully in the body. From there, you’ll settle into supported Yin poses, allowing the body to open gradually and the mind to quiet. As the practice deepens, Sonya will guide you into stillness with immersive live sound, creating space for profound relaxation and nervous system balance.
With over 15 years of study in yoga, meditation, somatic movement, and trauma-informed care, Sonya offers a grounded, nurturing practice that meets you exactly where you are.
Set within the peaceful surroundings of Sweetgum Manor, this evening is an invitation to pause, restore, and reconnect.
No yoga experience is needed—this practice is slow, supportive, and accessible to all.
Please arrive no more than 10 min before class starts, mats and props provided.
